Aug. 2020

Incorporated as a road-based logistics & distribution service provider in Nigeria

Aug. 2021

Pioneered CNG powered Bus operations in Lagos. Our ambition for an environmental friendly & sustainable business made us push the limit.

Dec. 2021

Commenced TML fully- controlled Interstate Bus service, Lagos – Onitsha/ Owerri/ Aba.

Dec. 2023

Commenced Bus service on the MOWE- Ibafo Axis, Ogun state: as part of the Gateway Mass transit scheme.

Feb. 2023

Due to economic impact of cash non-availability, LASG introduced Pax Subsidized Fare system, to help cushion the effect.

Jul. 2022

First LAMATA Upward Fare review and introduction of BOC subsidy (for 4 months) to help cushion the effect of the Unprecedented diesel price hike.

July 2021

Witnessed unprecedented diesel price hike from Q1-2021, affected the BRT & standard services performance, resulting in loss making.

Mar. 2022

Right-sized the Bus operations in Lagos, on the Standard Route services to a sizeable/ manageable chunk, due to high cost of diesel.

Oct. 2023

Relaunch of Bus service in Abeokuta, Ogun state: after the conversion of the Buses to CNG Powered buses.

Sept.2020

Commenced operations on June 5th by transporting PMS and AGO with 5 used trucks. Grew fleet to 15 trucks by December 2002
